Shipping

We ship to throughout the EU. Each order is prepared and shipped within 2 working days once the payment has been confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays.

To guarantee the delivery of your order, it is essential that you fill in the shipping address completely and correctly. It is advisable to indicate a phone number. Once the order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email along with the track & trace information to follow your shipment.

Return Policy

If you are not fully happy with the products that you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt. Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition with undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match these criteria. Place the product in a shipping box or plastic shipping bag.

Just drop us an email at info@preaux.nl along with the reason of return.

Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the return transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will start processing the exchange or the refund. Refunds can only be returned to the original method of payment.
